  • Notifications can be set to require a "Read" before allowing user to access the intranet.
One of our customers used this feature to require Franchisees to update their information prior to accessing the intranet.

  • Allows single source of information for Client Information Management.
  • Supplies an automatic mapping function to Client address.

This feature has provided the most value to customers when announcing events such as Christmas Parties, etc. Rather than fax, print, email, call... customers can simply post the information on the intranet. This eliminates a significant amount of administrative overhead that was previously spent answering the onslaught of calls such as... "Where is it?", "How do I get there?", "When does it start?"
Library
  • Post Documents, Forms, External links, etc.
  • Staff can then download, read, or browse library for relevant information they may need.
This feature has saved HR and Payroll Admins countless hours of work each week. Now, you can store all of your "Hire/Fire" forms, "How To" manuals, employee handbook, etc. all in one place. Of course, you can also link to external links to articles of interest or even post "Best Practices" documents.
Photo Albums
  • Post staff photos, event photos, technical photos, advertising samples, and other digital assets.
  • Staff can then download, read, or browse library for relevant information they may need.
Feedback from customers has shown that having Photo Albums of staff and events, can immedieatly build team cohesion and bridge any separation gaps that may exist between staff and corporate.

We have also had some adminstrators tell us that having an Employee photo album helps them remember employee names. This can be very handy before large events or holiday gatherings.

Task Management
  • Post task activities that are currently underway.
  • Allows staff to be immediately updated about progress.
In certain high-impact customer service environments, task management is critical. One of our high-end health club customers used this to alert their front counter clerks of any facility maintenance or problems. The front counter clerks could then be informed and relay such information to the customers.

This has been a big winner for many of our customers who manage multiple sites with multiple employees. Our scheduling feature makes it a snap for staff to schedule one-time or recurring schedules. Managers and corporate members can then easily review these schedules.
